This 2023-2024 advertising campaign sought to educate consumers about the HUD 184 loan available to Native American home buyers, especially in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. The primary metrics this campaign was measured with was leads generated through Facebook and Instagram, with loan originators taking first contact from potential buyers. These ads deviated from traditional stereotypes seen in advertising for Native Americans, focusing instead on bold typography and contrasting colors.
This 2024 advertising campaign aimed to make use of an interactive PDF guide for first-time homebuyers in the Grand Valley, Colorado, in order to help educate them on various housing options. The PDF was accompanied by a social media campaign to raise awareness and generate interactions with the guide.
